Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in similar environments valued.
Clear communication in English is a must.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Able to perform frequent physical activities such as climbing and lifting.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Requires distinct vision capabilities.

Constructing and integrating various components such as roofs and cable harnesses in rail vehicles.
Skillfully assembling and aligning structural parts including windows and doors.
Implementing mechanical systems like insulation and seating components.

Refurbishing and mending components as part of continuous improvement.
Converting designs from blueprints into functional assemblies.
Exercising fine motor skills for detailed assembly work.
