About The Position

The Rail Transportation Management Trainee at Norfolk Southern is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training in railroad operations management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, or 4 years of leadership experience in military, manufacturing, transportation, or logistics.
  • Military experience as a Railway Operations Crewmember, Logistics Specialist, Embarkation Specialist, Air Force Traffic Management Apprentice, or Machinery Technician is encouraged.
