About The Position
The Rail Trainmaster at Tacoma Rail is responsible for the coordination, planning, supervision, and execution of freight rail service. This role involves leading a team of 60 Train, Yard, and Engine personnel to ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in rail service delivery. The Trainmaster will work closely with various stakeholders, including industry representatives and service partners, to meet service performance expectations while adhering to applicable policies and regulations.
