What you will build Translate drawings, blueprints, schematics, specs, work orders, and bills of materials into clear build steps. Assemble, align, and secure subassemblies and frames with appropriate hand and power tools. Use fixtures, templates, and microscopes to fit and integrate parts with accuracy. Create precise mounting and wiring holes: drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot-face using presses and portable drills. Verify dimensions and clearances with precision instruments (e.g., calipers) to meet tolerances. Inspect surfaces and perform electrical tests on wiring, assemblies, and circuits; document and address findings. Clean components with approved solutions; maintain a tidy, safe, and well-inventoried workspace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Substantial electromechanical assembly experience.
  • Strong wiring background; proven ability to read and apply schematics.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs safely.
  • Effective English communication (read/write/speak).
  • Team-first mindset; quick learner with reliable execution.
  • Safety focus and skilled use of power tools and equipment.
