About The Position

The RAH Banking Assistant at Regions Bank is responsible for coordinating and addressing various operational and administrative inquiries from RAH Affordable Housing clients. This role emphasizes customer service and administrative support, ensuring responsiveness to client needs while managing essential banking tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of banking experience

Responsibilities

• Directs customer facing responsibilities and general administrative duties, such as reporting
• Responds to direct customer loan inquiries
• Serves as a liaison to the Centralized Loan Administration
• Supports the RM Process (e.g. plans Portfolio Development Meetings, maintains key client lists, etc.)
• Opens deposit accounts, conducts deposit account transfers, and assists in exception clearing
