About The Position

As a Radon Mitigation Salesperson, you'll educate homeowners and property managers about radon risks and provide effective mitigation solutions. This role blends consultative sales with environmental awareness—helping clients protect their families and properties through professional radon reduction systems. You'll conduct home assessments, interpret radon test results, design mitigation proposals, and guide clients through decisions with clarity and professionalism. Success requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred (home services, HVAC, construction, or environmental services a plus)
  • Strong consultative sales and closing skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities
  • Meet with homeowners to review radon test results and explain mitigation options
