This position will serve as Radiopharmacist for the Biomedical Research Imaging Center ( BRIC ) at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine. This includes overall responsibility for the preparation and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals for both research and clinical studies. The Radiopharmacist will prepare, verify, and deliver diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals in support of research and clinical studies within Molecular Imaging & Therapeutics and the Positron Emission Tomography Department. The Radiopharmacist will develop the required SOPs consistent with the 21 CFR 212 for the operation of the cyclotron and radiochemistry facility, as well as maintain and review that daily operation of the BRIC radiochemistry and cyclotron facility are consistent with 21 CFR 212. Additionally, this position will be responsible for all regulatory aspects of the cyclotron and radiochemistry facility in the BRIC .
