About The Position

Radiology (X-Ray) & Mammography Technologist Work/Life Balance + Great Benefits 📍 Home Base: Independence Clinic | Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. ⏰ Schedule: Four 9-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Wednesday off each week Rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) This role provides support across a small group of nearby clinics, with Independence serving as your home base. Coverage is planned thoughtfully based on staffing needs, and we aim to keep assignments as close to home as possible. Requirements

  • Registered Radiology (X-Ray) & Mammography Technologist, or strong experience in one modality with willingness to perform both
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • ARRT (R) required; ARRT (M) required or obtained within an agreed timeframe
  • Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
  • Graduate of an accredited school or college with certificate or degree in Radiology Technology
  • Registry in Radiology Technology

Nice To Haves

  • Registry in Mammography preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform X-ray and mammography imaging procedures in an outpatient setting
  • Support a small group of nearby clinics as needed
  • Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Provide compassionate, efficient patient care
  • Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and clinic teams
  • Follow imaging protocols with strong attention to detail
