About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures. Working under the direction of a Radiologist and the supervision of Radiology leadership, this role requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and a patient-focused approach to support accurate and timely diagnosis using non-ionizing, high-frequency ultrasound technology.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (A.S.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or certificate program.
• RDMS certification required (Abdominal/OB or Echocardiography).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain ultrasound equipment and related medical instruments.
• Deliver high-quality patient care with a strong emphasis on professionalism and customer service.
• Adapt imaging techniques to meet age-specific patient needs, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Accurately document procedures in compliance with departmental and organizational standards.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient workflow and patient throughput.
• Utilize internal and external resources appropriately and responsibly.
• Complete administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
