About The Position

Holy Cross Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologist to join their Imaging Services team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality radiographs while delivering professional and patient-centered care. The Radiology Tech ensures compliance with state regulations and supports the mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health. Requirements

  • Graduate of a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Licensed by the State of Maryland.
  • CPR certification (American Heart Association) required.
  • Ability to operate imaging equipment and perform a wide range of radiologic procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiology exams in accordance with state regulations and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.
  • Operate a variety of imaging equipment including DR, CR, fluoroscopy, portable X-ray, and C-arm machines.
  • Conduct exams in diagnostic radiology and the operating room (OR).
  • Identify and respond to the care needs of patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Participate in a collaborative team environment and perform duties across modalities as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.
