About The Position

Baptist Health is looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville! This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. This position will be based at various Baptist Health locations. This Radiology Technologist must be comfortable working at up to 3 campuses. The Float team at Baptist Health is a dynamic team of professionals making an impact in the world of imaging. This Radiology Technologist will be responsible for: Performing high-quality radiographic procedures. Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients. Reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift. Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements. Comfortable with Pediatrics Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy. Note: Eligible candidates must not have been employed with Baptist Health within the last 12 months. This Radiology Technologist will be located at Baptist Jacksonville. Requirements

  • RT experience required (2-3 years)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in the Radiology Department
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
