Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited radiology program.
ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) as required by state.
Successful completion of BLS - CPR Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current certification.
1 year of experience preferably in a hospital based environment required
PRN requires a minimum of 1 shift per week M-F (7am-3pm)/4 shifts per month of availability for this position.

Nice To Haves

Certification in radiation technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate C-ARM imaging equipment during surgical procedures to provide real-time imaging support.
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following physician orders and established protocols.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards; may serve as Radiation Safety Officer.
Maintain and manage radiology inventory, including receiving and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care and imaging outcomes.
Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records following HIPAA and facility guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
