About The Position

Major Responsibilities: Quality 2)Demonstrates the appropriate operation of all radiographic equipment including fluoroscopy units , portable units , surgical units as well as general radiography units . 1)Accountable for the production of quality radiographs . 3)Demonstrates safety in all areas , electrical , environmental , radiation etc. 4)Ensures all appropriate information is present before radiographs are performed . 5)Completes all data entries in the radiology and hospital information system . 6)Participates in efforts to monitor and improve departmental CQI indicators. 7)Submits ideas for improving quality in your department. Customer Satisfaction 1)Serves as a patient advocate to ensure that patients and customers needs are met in a timely and efficient manner . 2)Provides education to all patients before , during and after exams . 3)Maintains a positive relationship with all customers i.e. patients , other departments , physicians and fellow associates . 4)Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improving areas of concern . 5)Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve patient issues . 6)Address and resolve customer complaints. 7)Ensure on-time completion of your performance pathway • Send out co-worker feedback forms 6 months before review to associates you and your leader have identified as able to provide valuable feedback. • Submit self-evaluation to leader two weeks before review 8)Participates quarterly in the TNT associate satisfaction survey 9)Submit ideas each year for improving customer satisfaction. People Growth 1)Assess own learning needs , seeks appropriate training and development . 2)Sets own learning goals. 3)Development of a learning plan and documenting your progress on a learning log. 4)Maintains a program to complete required training hours per quarter. Innovation 1)Submits Dynamite ideas to your leader. 2)Participates in hospitalwide or departmental DIG each year. 3)Implement Just-Do-It initiatives in your department during the year. Organizational Climate 1)Participates in hospitalwide TNT-related activities. 2)Participates in departmental recognition and socialization activities. 3)Attends all departmental staff meetings. Requirements

ARRT Registry eligible
I.D.N.S. License (current)
Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology School.
