Full Time Day shift Radiology Technologist! $20,000 Sign on bonus, free parking and excellent benefits! MInimum hourly rate of pay for this position is $36.19 and will increase with experience. Job Summary Performs a variety of radiographic procedures and duties, under the direction of a qualified Physician, Operations Manager, and Diagnostic Technical Specialist, using prescribed levels of ionizing radiation. Performs all activities according to federal, state, local and hospital policies and procedures to a variety of patients ranging from newborn to geriatric in age. Operates imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent military training in Radiologic Technology required.
  • Radiologic Technologist License issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Radiation Control Board required.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or become registered within 12 months of hire.
  • CPR/BLS certification/training required.
  • Must maintain minimum requirements for acquiring Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) as mandated by State and ARRT Guidelines.
