About The Position

Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Imaging Department at Baptist Clay in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. Participation in call and holiday rotations is required. This Radiology Technologist will be located at Baptist Clay. Requirements

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required Or
  • Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography ARRT (CI) Required Or
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required Or
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Radiology/Imaging Experience
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Performing high-quality radiographic procedures.
  • Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
  • Reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift.
  • Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
  • Comfortable with Pediatrics
  • Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner, by state and federal regulations, or Lawful institutional policy.
