Classification: Non-exempt - Hourly Location : Basalt, Colorado ; frequent travel to our Aspen location will be required based on business needs Schedule : Typically Monday - Friday ; NO on-call, weekend or holiday work; + Paid Holidays! Entry Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00 / hour; this position is also eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The posted range reflects the breadth of experience we seek across multiple technologist levels and years of experience. RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST OVERVIEW : We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions. This is a patient facing role working closely with clinical and administrative professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses. Requirements

Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
Demonstrate understanding of procedures, policies and documentation required to ensure compliance with hospital standards of care.

Responsibilities

Operate x-ray machine to perform routine diagnostic procedures.
On the job training available to learn MRI.
Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
Monitor patients during procedures and report any adverse reactions.
Evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging procedures.
Maintains, clean and disinfects x-ray equipment and office space.
Maintain medical and radiologic inventory.
Stay up-to-date with advances in imaging technology and techniques.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights.
Maintains confidentiality of all medical, financial, or other sensitive materials and information in printed, electronic or verbal form which may jeopardize the privacy of patients.
Maintain personal commitment to the Steadman Clinic mission and values.
Follow policies as established in the Employee Handbook.
Attend regular staff meetings and other required meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
