About The Position

In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our intake and checkout process. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our medical teams, when needed. Per Diem Weekends - 9am-5pm

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required
  • Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, required
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, required
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology
  • Extraordinary organizational and project management skills; comfortable with Excel and Google sheets imperative
  • Have outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Tech-forward and process oriented, with a goal of making patient care more efficient
  • Comfortable interfacing with high profile clientele
  • Enjoy a diverse and fast paced work environment
  • Be a team player
  • Be self-motivated, keen attention to detail and have solid organization/time management skills
  • Treat highly confidential information with care and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scans
  • Performing x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures
  • Producing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physician
  • Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification
  • Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action
  • Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform routine QC’s and other lab requirements
  • Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning document, and enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPPA compliant
  • Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce
  • Keeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members
  • Checking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as needed
  • Greeting members/patients ensuring they receive a high-level of customer service
  • Scheduling follow up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations or house calls
  • Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions or other needs
  • Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
