Demonstrates competency in all age groups and works in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit required.
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program and registry eligible.
  • Must be licensed in Massachusetts as a radiologic technologist.
  • CEU documentation required for licensure must be provided.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty.
  • 1 year experience working as a radiology technologist preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Computed Radiography.
  • Knowledge of Digital Radiography.
  • Familiarity with Epic, Synapse, Pacsgear.
  • Experience in answering phones and scheduling exams.
