About The Position

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our Pain Management team. This position is part-time and offers a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort during these procedures. The role requires a strong understanding of radiologic technology and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Valid state license to practice radiologic technology.
• Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pain management or similar specialty.
• Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as per physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate radiologic equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
