About The Position

Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including under the general direction of a physician, fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity insuring the principles of ALARA are achieved. Participates in the department quality improvement processes insuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Depending on departmental business needs, this position will support department‘s patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice. Estimated pay range for this position is $27.72 - $36.04 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
• Basic Life Support
• Certified Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Radiography certified or eligible.
• Change agility and flexibility a must.
• Minimum Required Experience: Less than 1 year

Nice To Haves

• Six month experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Depending on departmental business needs, may be required to be competent in skills such as vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration, etc.
