About The Position

Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including under the general direction of a physician, fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity insuring the principles of ALARA are achieved. Participates in the department quality improvement processes insuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Depending on departmental business needs, this position will support department‘s patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice. Estimated pay range for this position is $26.13 - $33.97 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Cert, GED, Trn, Exper).
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.
• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Less than 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• ARRT Radiography certified or eligible.
• Competency in skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, and front desk duties including quick registration.

Nice To Haves

• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Change agility and flexibility.
