About The Position

North American Medical Associates is a fast-growing multi-specialty medical practice with a team of doctors and professionals devoted to the art of diagnosing, managing and treating disorders. Appropriately identifies and evaluates patients for imaging studies and procedures Efficient with C-Arm manipulation and producing high quality radiographic images Takes physician orders/ requisition, performs and completes imaging studies that comply with quality requirements Provides appropriate care to all patients. Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are taken Keeps supplies current and replenished to provide immediate availability during the procedure Prepares room, equipment and supplies for the exam Promotes teamwork by demonstrating willingness to assist others in meeting the needs of all individuals and collaborating effectively with the team and other departments throughout the organization. Complies with infection control and safety policies Complies with radiation guidelines and safety standards, for self, patients and other associates. Assists with general patient care when needed Performing QA and keeping record in logbook up to date Prepares patient for procedure by positioning and sterilizing procedure site Performs tasks as assigned by Manager Travel will be required between sites as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology
  • Certification
  • CPR Healthcare Provider status for BLS
  • Must have state license if working in NJ
  • Must be vaccinated against Covid-19
  • Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology
  • ARRT Certification
  • CPR Healthcare Provider status for BLS
  • Must have state license if working in NJ

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with C-Arm preferred.
  • Experience with C-Arm preferred

Responsibilities
