About The Position

Radiology Technologist Will Be Responsible For: (examples from other descriptions) • Performs routine diagnostic radiology service. • Performs routine diagnostic exams, portable exams, surgical exams, office, x-ray filing and RMS system. • Assists radiologist and physicians when necessary. • Maintains supplies in clean and sterile conditions. • Performs various routine radiological diagnostic exams and procedures. • Properly assesses patient information on RMS system. • Prepares patient for radiographic examinations; explains procedures.

Requirements

• Two-year educational or specialized training programs in radiology technology and must be registered with (ARRT) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed in State of West Virginia.
• Ohio License also preferred.
• One year experience preferred working in radiology department performing radiological diagnostic examinations.
