Under the general supervision of the Manager Medical Imaging, the Radiology Tech operates x-ray and bone density equipment and performs a variety of technical radiographic procedures, applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. The role requires making independent decisions for the organization and scheduling of services. All essential functions performed reflect the age-specific needs of adult and geriatric patients, adapting care to their physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
