Radiology Tech - Full Time (Greensboro)
About The Position
Athens Orthopedic Clinic is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Radiology Tech on a full time basis. Preference will be given to candidates who are certified; however, certification is not necessary. The hours for this position will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30AM–7:00 PM. This position will be assigned primarily at our Greensboro location but may require the employee to report to various clinics within the organization and function in the Operating Room and assist with injections. Position Summary: The Radiology Tech is responsible for conducting appropriate radiographs as required by physician order. Candidate should be well versed in use of appropriate equipment to include C-arm and digital x-ray. Planned care is delivered in a safe, economical and efficient manner following AOC’s policies and procedures, values and mission statement. The Radiology Tech will be expected to assist in other areas of the office as deemed necessary to provide patient care. Is responsible for equipment and supplies and for promoting teamwork among patients, families, and physicians.
Requirements
- graduate of an approved Radiology Technology program

- Previous experience working in an orthopedic care environment preferred.
