About The Position

Radiologic Technologist I We are seeking a Radiologic Technologis t I , internally referred to as our Radiology Tech I . The Rad Tech I will be conducting diagnostic X-ray procedures. This involves operating X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes. An important role in assisting healthcare providers by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans for our patients. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed . Requirements

Licensure as required by State.
ARRT-R is required from an accredited program.
Current BCLS (AHA) is required.
Graduate of an accredited program.
Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
Participates in PI/QC activities.
Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
