Under the general supervision of the Manager Medical Imaging or designee and in accordance with established policies and procedures, transports patients requiring radiographic procedures, works directly with imaging technologist and radiologists to facilitate and help assure high-quality imaging services to patients. Exercises critical thinking within the understanding and context of a formalized training program to prioritize workload and patient management situations. Works closely with Diagnostic Imaging Technologists and others to make recommendations that will improve operational efficiencies.
