About The Position

Under the direction of the radiologist, provides X-ray services to patient. Closely follows physician's instructions, appropriately positions patients, prepares and operates equipment, and accurately records the images requested. Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates degree is required or must have completed an accredited radiology technology program
  • WI: Licensed Radiographer issued by the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is required
  • IL: Accreditation (or Temporary Accreditation) in Medical Radiation Technology issued by the IL Department of Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) is required
  • Certification/registration or registry-eligible as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required. Certification/registration must be obtained within 12 months.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required

  • 1 year experience is preferred.
