About The Position

The Radiology Student Technologist works under the direction of a Registered Radiologic Technologist, applying the art and skill of diagnostic imaging through the safe and effective use of ionizing radiation in diagnostic radiology. Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited radiology program and has successfully completed one year of school with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care)

Responsibilities

Assists with the review of patient information as it relates to radiographic exams
Provides lifting assistance and escorts patients to and from Radiology
