RADIOLOGY SERVICES COORDINATOR
About The Position
Responsible for the order entry process, communication and guest relations, medical record maintenance/analysis, responsible for transporting, lifting, positioning of patients, and various non-technical/clerical duties. Demonstrates competency in the operation of radiologic systems for the management and transfer of digital images to complex media and converting images on film to digital formats. Medical Assistants and Medical Administrative Assistants will be considered with a minimum of 3 years experience in a medical environment preferred. The Advanced Imaging Center at Sentara Greenbrier HealthPlex provides a convenient, modern option to outpatient radiology procedures, with the latest technology and staff radiologists who offer sub-specialist expertise. Every detail, from the facility's design to personnel training, focuses on patient comfort, convenience and reassurance.
