About The Position
The Radiology Service Coordinator at Stamford Health is responsible for overseeing front desk operations in the Radiology Department, ensuring efficient scheduling, registration, and patient care. This role includes coordinating services for Women's Health, particularly for Mammography and Ultrasound patients, while maintaining patient privacy and delivering excellent customer service. The Coordinator will also manage communication between radiologists and physicians, maintain accurate records, and support the overall quality of care provided to patients.
