The Radiology Scheduling Coordinator provides patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions including scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment check-in, and insurance verification for patients in the Radiology Department. This is a high call volume environment with the majority of the time spent on calls. This position is eligible to work remotely following full time onsite training in Saint Paul, MN. Employees must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions. After training, employees have the expectation of being able to come to Saint Paul within an hour. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Initial onsite training in Saint Paul, MN will be 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. until complete, then the schedule will change and work location can be remote. Length of training time is different for every person.
