About The Position

Radiology Scheduler – Remote (Weekends) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Status: Part-time | Hourly, Non-exempt Precision Imaging Centers is looking for a dependable Weekend Radiology Scheduler to join our Scheduling Department in a remote, work-from-home role. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who thrives working independently. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and providers calling in to schedule appointments, making professionalism and accuracy key to your success.

Requirements

• Strong communication and professional phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service and data entry skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical scheduling or call center experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer and place calls related to general, auto/legal, and imaging scheduling
• Support patients via phone and text line communications
• Accurately schedule imaging appointments and update patient records
• Enter demographics, insurance, and exam details into the system
• Apply knowledge of imaging modalities to ensure proper scheduling
• Provide compassionate, professional service to patients and providers
• Stay organized, accurate, and focused in a remote work environment
• Collaborate with internal team members as needed
