A neat appearance in proper attire is required, along with wearing the JSMC ID Badge at all times. The role includes implementing AIDET for each patient or customer encounter, which involves acknowledging the customer, introducing oneself, providing time expectations, full explanations of procedures, and thanking the customer for choosing Diagnostic Imaging Services. The individual will competently schedule for all Diagnostic Imaging Modalities at both the hospital and the Diagnostic/Medical Imaging Center, ensuring that all required patient information is obtained and verified. The position also requires compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating competency in patient registration and order entry, and participating in the orientation and training of new employees.
