About The Position

The Radiology Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent patient services in a professional manner. This part-time role involves greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient information is accurately recorded while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain current CPR Health Care Provider certification (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and manage patient inquiries.
• Make patient appointments and schedule accordingly.
• Route clinical calls in accordance with practice policies.
• Obtain and verify patient information.
• Enter patient data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Observe strict patient confidentiality at all times.
