About The Position
Facilitate and enhance the working environment for the Radiologists by improving workflow to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide primary phone support and take appropriate action to facilitate requests from referring physicians and healthcare providers in an accurate and timely manner. Enhance patient safety and flow by assisting the Radiologist in managing patient information and priorities.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and customer service oriented.
- Radiology background or other healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Improve workflow to increase efficiency and productivity for Radiologists.
- Provide primary phone support.
- Facilitate requests from referring physicians and healthcare providers accurately and timely.
