About The Position
The Radiology Operations Supervisor provides day to day operations supervision for assigned imaging locations and is responsible for: patient safety & satisfaction, process improvement, staff competencies, training, hiring and onboarding, performance management, regulatory requirements, policy adherence, financial management, equipment, and supplies in collaboration with Radiology Modality Manager, Radiology Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Physician modality chief(s). This position directly supervises a team of diagnostic technologists and indirectly supervises specialty modality teams within a small hospital setting and/or outpatient clinic.
