Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior healthcare or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Data entry and manipulation skills.
• Ability to solve problems on an independent basis.
• Ability to multitask.
• Medication Training - Competency and training will be required, which will be validated upon completing of the mandatory on-line medication training module.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clerical, technical and clinical operations support dedicated to meeting the needs of customers and departmental operations.
• Work closely with techs to deliver critical patient care in an acute care setting.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort with professionalism and empathy.
