About The Position

The Radiology Meditech Module/RIS (Radiology Information Systems) Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the core RIS product integrated with the facility EMR (Electronic Medical Record) along with providing support on miscellaneous IT (information technology) systems utilized by the Radiology department. Will continue in patient care in addition to IT duties.

Requirements

• AS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Imaging or related field.
• 15 years experience and knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiology Information System/Hospital information systems.
• Deep understanding of medical imaging workflows, healthcare data exchange standards and ability to manage complex IT environments across multiple locations.
• ARRT Registered and MRT Licensed Technologist.
• 5 years experience in clinical workflow within Radiology Information System/Hospital Information Systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Imaging or related field.
• 10 years experience and knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiology Information System/Hospital Information Systems.
• Multiple ARRT Registries and MRT licensing.
• 10 years experience in clinical workflow within Radiology Information system/Hospital Information Systems.
