About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Manager to oversee the operations of our radiology department. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services, manage staff, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current certification and licensure in Radiologic Technology.
• Proven experience in a radiology management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in radiology.
• Proficient in radiology information systems and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Manage and supervise radiology staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and imaging services.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, including equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and practices.
