About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Imaging Services/Radiology Manager with Medical City McKinney to promote growth and unlock possibilities. This position supports Medical City McKinney main campus, Medical Arts Imaging and PBED Radiology.

Requirements

  • State Registered Radiologic Technician.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) license with the State of Texas required.
  • Registered by the ARRT with one additional advanced modality license (CT, MRI, NM, Mammo) required.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiology Technology.
  • Management experience including personnel management, budget planning, capital, and physician relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn diverse bodies of knowledge relating to department management.
  • Adhere to HCA's Radiation Right Policies and follow ALARA and ACR guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable with FDA, ACR, CMS, TJC and State and local regulations.
  • Ability to create reports and spreadsheets with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director and manage all departmental functions in alignment with the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals.
  • Identify cost-effective systems to support the business of the department considering business trends and resource availability.
  • Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
  • Identify and remedy issues through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.
  • Provide operational oversight of efficiency and quality for all Imaging departments.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to meet Facility goals.
