FLSA: Non-exempt Job Purpose: Under the Direction of the professional staff, assists with patient care to provide support services to the patient, Radiology unit, and professional staff. Age Specific Care Considerations Adults: 18+ years - 35 years Adults: 35+ years - 65 years Adults: 65+ years Children D: 12+ years - 18 years Education High school Diploma or Equivalent preferred Licenses and/or Certifications (Required and Preferred) Healthcare Provider CPR certification required Related Work Experience and Other Skills Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change. Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels of staff, patients and family members Able to follow oral and written instructions Demonstrates accountability for own actions. Demonstrates compliance with hospital dress code. Demonstrates initiative, is a self starter. Is able to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload effectively to complete tasks within the time frames delegated. Demonstrates knowledge of medical terms. Proactive not reactive, analyzes problems accurately, develops recommendations and takes appropriate actions to solve problems.
