About The Position

Institute of Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Business Office Supervisor to join our patient-focused team! Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and experienced healthcare leader to oversee our Business Office Team. This role partners closely with the Administrator and ensures efficient front-end operations, strong compliance, and a positive, high-performing team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience supervising or leading a team
Strong coaching and communication skills
Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and medical records
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Radiology workflow experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead Business Office staff
Coach employees and address performance or behavioral issues
Maintain accountability while supporting team morale
Train and onboard new team members
Oversee patient registration processes
Ensure accurate insurance verification and demographic information
Manage high patient volumes in a fast-paced environment
Prioritize and handle multiple requests effectively
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Oversee medical records release procedures
Provide strong customer service and handle escalations
