Performs specialized tasks under the supervision of technologists and/or radiologists. Duties include all or some of the following: patient reception by phone registration and/or registration confirmation, appointment and procedure/lab scheduling, and related clinical information management. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to interact with the patients in a way that is effective and appropriate to the age and developmental level of the involved patient population.
Requirements
- No educational requirements.
- Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire. On the job certification is available.
Responsibilities

- Performs specialized tasks under the supervision of technologists and/or radiologists.
- Duties include all or some of the following: patient reception by phone registration and/or registration confirmation, appointment and procedure/lab scheduling, and related clinical information management.
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to interact with the patients in a way that is effective and appropriate to the age and developmental level of the involved patient population.
