About The Position

Assists Technologists with patient care; transports patients, transfers patients, provides basic patient care as assigned, cleans patient care areas, changes linen, stocks supplies, may assist with CR/Image processing. Assists with PACS and Meditech documentation. Generally serves as an ambassador for the department to maintain high patient satisfaction and high quality of care. Performs other duties as assigned. All employees of North Florida Hospital will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, Joint Commission requirements, and National Patient Safety standards.

Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
High School Graduate / GED
Patient care of medical work experience preferred
Demonstrated communications and customer service skills, success in organizing work, computer skills and ability to multi-task
