About The Position

The Radiology Assistant II provides clerical support to the department, including scheduling patients and managing images. This role also involves transporting patients to and from other areas of the hospital, preparing them for their imaging exams, and assisting technologists with patient care as needed.

Requirements

• High School/GED
• American Heart Association BLS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Medical coding experience
• Health information management experience
• Patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to the department
