About The Position

Regions Hospital has a great career opportunity for a Radiology Applications Coordinator to join our team. This role is a primary day to day resource for staff and Radiology work teams for support and requests related to applications and hardware used within Diagnostic Imaging, providing user system support, compliance/audit support, and support for business continuity, data integrity, and downtime. This position also coordinates and performs file room duties as necessary, including image requests using Picture Archiving System (PACS), digitization, and retrieval. Strong computer and software skills with the ability to learn new software, working knowledge of HIPAA, and excellent attention to detail are crucial. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Additional Information: This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The salary range for this position is $20.74-$31.10 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and eligible for benefits. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of medical administrative experience to include medical terminology and/or medical transcription.
  • Strong computer and software skills with the ability to learn new software
  • working knowledge of HIPAA
  • excellent attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Three years of working within the Radiology field.
  • Experience with Radiology information systems.
  • Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
