Radiology Aide - PRN Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center – Position will float to all locations. Position Summary The Radiology Aide provides direct patient care support to the radiologic technologists at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center. This role serves as a liaison between patients and the care team, supporting efficient clinic flow while delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic and spine care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
  • 1 year of medical office or clinical experience preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Knowledge of radiographic terminology and imaging procedures (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-service focus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagrammatic instructions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety guidelines
  • Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams

Responsibilities

  • Assists radiologic technologists and department supervisors by performing a variety of administrative and patient care activities.
  • Receives and transports patients, and answers questions regarding procedures.
  • Prepares the imaging room and equipment for x-ray examinations and assists technologist with procedures as needed.
  • Performs related clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
