Weekends - Sat/Sun 11a-9p Job Summary Responsible for assisting radiology technologists and radiologists with various tasks, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, and providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients during imaging procedures. Transporting patients to and from the Radiology department and assisting technologists with room turnover and all necessary tasks within scope.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Hospital/Managed Care Setting Experience 0-1 year preferred or Radiology Experience 0-1 year preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic knowledge of radiology equipment and procedures is beneficial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with patients, their families, and the radiology team.
• The ability to pay close attention to details is crucial for accurately recording information and ensuring patient safety.
• The role may involve lifting and moving patients, as well as standing for extended periods during procedures.
