About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated radiologist to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include: Providing optimal patient care, adhering to all legal, ethical, and community standards. Following all policies, procedures, and regulations established by the Center. Assessing patients for clinical indications suitable for exams while excluding those with contraindications. Being available to respond to emergencies when patients are present at the Center. Actively participating in patient review sessions as required by the Center or governmental agencies. Ensuring compliance with State and Federal Regulations, including on-site coverage requirements. Cultivating a harmonious and collaborative working environment. Building strong relationships within the referring community and contributing to their professional education. Requirements

• Licensed physician in the State of Massachusetts (or eligible to transfer license to Massachusetts), free of sanctions.
• Board-certified or board eligible in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine.
• Experience interpreting general MRI scans.
• Skilled in performing and/or interpreting MR arthrograms.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Consistently read up to 40 MRI cases per day.
• Medical degree and current credentialing status are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with patients, colleagues, and referrers in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using technology and able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
• Demonstrates accountability, diligence, and dedication to achieving excellent patient care.
• Possesses the ability to manage responsibilities effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high standard of professionalism in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Nice To Haves

• Arthrogram experience is highly desirable.
